We want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Center and log in to your account to select the specific order and items you wish to return for an RMA number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all included cables and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
