How long does it take to build and ship my custom PC?
Standard custom PC orders are typically built and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery timing depends on your selected shipping method at checkout.
What is the warranty policy for NZXT components and systems?
We offer a 2-year warranty on all NZXT components and a 2-year parts and labor warranty on our pre-built and custom BLD systems to ensure your hardware stays protected.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from our store. Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European regions. Please check our shipping page for a full list of supported countries and applicable customs fees.
